• Grantee, Australia Alumni Excellence Awards– Australian Government (Australian Trade Commission) granted the award for outstanding service to the nation by alumni of Australian university (2012)
• Mahendra Bhusan Padak (“Ka”) – national level medal granted by Nepal Government for achieving Ph.D. degree – 2006 Nepal.
• International Postgraduate Research Scholarship– Ph.D. scholarship granted on a competitive basis- 2000 University of Western Sydney, Australia
